Rain, Rain, where have you gone?

I know it's Summer and we live for sunshine and warm afternoons and a cold drink. Relaxing in the backyard, especially during the Covid pandemic, playing water games or corn hole with the family, or just sitting around with friends (social distancing implied), sharing stories of days gone by. But, I wouldn't mind a little rain to keep the grass green on it's own instead of me having to water the lawn, which of course gets to be expensive. If we could get some rain 2-3 days a week, preferably at night. I know I'm really pushing the envelope here. But I figure if you're gonna ask, why not ask for everything and settle for what you get.

Anyway, If anyone knows a little rain dance, it would be nice to give it a try. Don't go too crazy, I'm not looking for a monsoon just a 30 min shower. So Rain, Rain where have you gone? It's time for you to come back, even if just for a short time.

The forcast calls for Rain, why doesn't ever reach us? Well, I guess I'll take the sunshine over rain, just have to keep watering myself. It's the price we pay to have lush green lawns
